Projects

This digital mapping platform is a tool designed to collect and display various natural, economic, and heritage resources across Moroccan territory, through an interactive interface based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The platform provides accurate and updated data that supports scientific research, decision-making, spatial planning, and the promotion of sustainable
investment.

The creation of this platform is aligned with national strategies aimed at digital transformation, resource valorization, and the reduction of spatial disparities. It also serves as a key instrument in implementing the new development model by providing stakeholders with a clear and comprehensive spatial vision of each region’s potential, thereby enabling more efficient and effective public policy and development program orientation.

Objectives

To document and update geographic data related to local resources (water, heritage, energy, tourism, etc.).

To promote transparency and participatory resource management.
